packaged food items donated for atribal school adversely effected by heavy rains in July, The items were handed over to Dr. Pawar Principal of N.L Dalmia college Shrishti Sector 1 Mira Road. Dr. Pawar was collecting the food items from different sources to be given to a Zilla Parishad Primary School with a total of 26 tribal students from std 1 to std IV situated at a remote location at Village Saraavli Morpade, Tel Dhanau, Dist Palghar which urgently needed ration and food items for the sustenance of these 26 students atleast for a month. Unfortunately the stock of the ration and other essential items were washed away due to heavy rains. After learning the requirement RCHI promptly responded to the call and handed over the items to school on 15th July. The collected items from all the sources were transported in a truck on 16th july.
